Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom. By placing an order with The Wireless Microphone Store you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £150.00. Orders below £150.00 are charged a flat rate of £9.99.
All prices are in GBP (£) British Pounds.
B. DELIVERY TIME
Total estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days from the date of order (Monday to Friday).
This is made up of:
- Order handling time: 0–1 business day
- Transit time: 1–2 business days
Order cut-off time is 3:30 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
C. DELIVERY CARRIERS
We use DPD, FedEx, and Royal Mail to deliver your order. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order.
D. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We are unable to change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@wireless-microphones.co.uk.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery from the courier where possible and contact us immediately at sales@wireless-microphones.co.uk. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us and we will advise on next steps.
